Aluat de pizza

 

Daca las doar pozele astea de mai jos se intelege, nu?

Just in case: 300 g de faina pentru paine (ca n-am gasit pentru pizza la supermarketu’ de jos), 200ml apa calduta, 1 lingura de ulei de masline, 1 lingurita de sare si una de drojdie uscata. Mix it up.

Apoi, pe o suprafata pudrata bine cu faina, framanta aluatul vreo 5 minute.
Pana arata ca-n poza de mai jos.

Asta e tot. Poti nici sa nu-l lasi la crescut (I didn’t). Urmeaza pizza. K? K! Thx, bye!
