Salata de rosii cu rodii si oregano proaspat

Nu credeam ca vara asta o sa ma bucur de rosii bune atat de devreme, dar vineri mi s-a intamplat aceasta situatie, asa ca de atunci mananc rosii in fiecare zi, in tot felul de combinatii simple si rapide. Cea de mai jos e si cea mai recenta, care cu siguranta se va repeta pana-n toamna de multe, multe ori.

 

INGREDIENTE

10 minute, 2-4 portii

    • 600-800g de rosii – amestec de rosii pruna, cherry galbene, cherry negre (si daca mai aveam alte colori, le foloseam!)
    • 1 ardei rosu
    • 1-2 ardei iuti
    • 1 ceapa rosie
    • 1 (hai, chiar si 2) catei de usturoi, tocati marunt
    • ½ lingurita de ienibahar pudra
    • 2 lingurite de otet de vin alb
    • 2 linguri melasa de rodie
    • 50ml ulei de masline extravirgin
    • semintele de la 1 rodie
    • 1-2 linguri de frunze de oregano proaspat
    • sare si piper proaspat rasnit

 
Taie ceapa, ardeii si rosiile in cubulete mici (cu latura de aproximativ jumatate de cm) si pune-le intr-un bol incapator, alaturi de semintele de rodie.

Intr-un castron mic sau – cel mai bine – intr-un borcan cu capac, adauga usturoiul, ienibaharul, otetul, melasa de rodii, putina sare si piper, si amesteca pana se combina.

Toarna dressingul astfel obtinut peste salata de rosii si amesteca usor, apoi presara deasupra frunzele de oregano (si extra ulei de masline, daca crezi ca mai e nevoie).

      gasesti la mega image, probabil si in hypermarketuri la raionul de produse etnice, dar mai ales prin bacaniile arabesti :-))
