Broccoli cu alune si ceapa verde

Sper ca voi nu aruncati coditele si cotoarele de la broccoli. Mai bine le tocati si le aruncati in reteta asta de mai jos. Sau in orezul de si mai de jos.

Si atat pe ziua de azi, ca am de pregatit workshopul pentru sambata de la studio.
 
INGREDIENTE

30-40 de minute, 2-3 portii

    • 1 broccoli
    • 3 linguri de ulei de masline
    • 2 linguri de otet de orez
    • 50-80g alune, tocate grosier
    • ½ lingurita zahar
    • 4 cepe verzi, taiate in felii subtiri
    • 1-2 ardei iuti rosii, taiati in felii subtiri
    • sare si piper proaspat rasnit

 

Incinge cuptorul la 200°C. Taie broccoli-ul in florete, curata coditele cu peeler-ul de legume, iar partile mai groase toaca-le in bucati. Pune-le pe toate intr-o tava de copt, adauga uleiul, sare si piper si amesteca, apoi da-le la cuptor timp de 20-30 de minute, pana ce incep sa se rumeneasca usor pe margini. Scoate-le si pune-le intr-un bol, adauga otetul de orez si amesteca.

Cat timp broccoliul e in cuptor, incinge o tigaie (preferabil din fonta) pe foc mediu spre mare. Adauga alunele si zaharul si gateste amestecand pana ce alunele se rumenesc.

La final, adauga alunele peste broccoliul copt, presara ceapa tocata, ardeiul iute si amesteca. Daca ti se pare ca mai e nevoie, adauga extra ulei de masline extravirgin, sare si piper proaspat rasnit.
